Visual Story at Carnegie Mellon’s Entertainment Technology Center not only requires one to understand the visual components (composition, space) but to also practice utilizing them when creating videos in a team environment. For our first team assignment we retro-fit a given scene from the South Korean movie 3-Iron.

Production Process
To complete this assignment we worked using a near standard video production pipeline. First we decomposed the scene into a script, and storyboard.
Meanwhile we found a suitable location, and with the locations floor plan created an overhead floor plan of our shots.
In parallel we created a shot-list with timings for each shot in-order to recreate the scene in a timely manner. Following this we made a list of necessary props, and collected what was needed. With pre-production done we then spent a day filming, and moving onto post production we then edited our footage, and then added our logo and credits.
